São Tomé is one of the most magical places on Earth — with the warmth of its people, flavourful fruits, endless sunshine, breathtaking nature, amazing waves, empty beaches, and a vibrant culture. This place truly has it all.

It’s where time slows down and the soul finds peace.

During five months on this island, living in the small fishing and surf town of Santana, I documented the surfers and the community — capturing their spirit, their laughter, and their everyday life. We shared waves, meals, and countless laughs, and in the process, I found new friends, lasting memories, and a place that feels like home.
